While in Indonesia in 2013, the prevalence rate of musculoskeletal disorders based on existing symptoms was 24.7%. The design of this research is a cross sectional study with an analytical approach. The dependent variable is the symptoms of muskuloskeletal disorders (MSDs), with the independent variables being characteristic factors (age and length of work), physical factors (awkward posture, load and frequency), and psychosocial factors (social support and work demands). The population is 250 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 71 respondents. Simple random sample selection. Data were collected using Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) and Nordic Map Questionnaire (NMQ). Descriptive univariate data analysis. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test with an alpha of 0.05 and a degree of confidence 95%. The majority of respondents aged 26–30 years (36.6 %), worked <8 hours (93%). Has an awkward posture (69%), with a light workload (66.2 %), low frequency (57.7%). In addition, he has low social support (77.5%) and has symptoms of skeletal muscle disorders (71.9%).
