Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease derived from mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks the lungs and almost all other organs. Because the Mycobacterium tuberculosis enters through the ducts, digestive tract, and open sores on the skin. The main symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis are cough with phlegm for 2-3 weeks or more. Cough can be done with additional symptoms of sputum with blood, coughing blood, breathless , body limp, decreased appetite, weight decreased, malaise, sweating day without physical activity, fever more than a month. Based on data obtained from Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar, Number of pulmonary tuberculosis disease is 257 people (9 percent) from total visit 2,863 people.. The objective of the study was to obtain a description of health care that occurred in outpatient areas with pulmonary tuberculosis in the sub-district of Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar, East Jakarta. The method used in this study is qualitative with case study approach with intervention, in which the authors take one case to be given as nursing. In filling in the data include: interview, physical examination, documentation study. Based on these results, nursing actions need to be done to overcome the respiratory disruption problem with the intervention that is where the initial TUK I and TUK II, TUK III (how to care for pulmonary tuberculosis), TUK IV and Tn P family are expected to routinely bring family members to regular health check-ups to health services.
