Factors Associated with Work Fatigue of Online Motorcycle Drivers in the East Jakarta Region in 2019

Abstract
The population of online motorcycle is increasing, making competition between online motorcycle taxis so tight, The online motorcycle drivers must work extra in finding consumers to get bonuses. The competition and work system make the workload of online motorcycle drivers to heavy. Hard workload is one of the factors that can lead to work fatigue. Fatigue experienced by online motorcycle taxi drivers can cause drowsiness and decreased concentration which can make accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine of factors associated with work fatigue of online motorcycle drivers in the East Jakarta region on 2019. This research is a quantitative descriptive survey with research instruments in the form of an Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire. Sampling of technique used accidental sampling. Respondents on this study were 91 online motorcycle taxi drivers working on the East Jakarta area, The results of univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents were 26-35 years old, the number of sleep duration respondents was <8 hours, the working period of respondents was <3 years, the duration of work of the respondents was> 8 hours, most respondents overworked and the majority of respondents with high levels of fatigue. The results of bivariate analysis show the variable length of sleep, duration of work. The over time is related to work fatigue with p-value <0.05 while the age and work period variables are not related to work fatigue with p-value> 0.05. Based on the results on this study, it is recommended online motorcycle taxi drivers can eat nutritious foods, rest adequately and stretch the body to reduce feeling tired while driving.
