Nursing Care of Clients with Pain Comfort Disorder in Post Partum Sectio Caesarea at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa East Jakarta

Abstract
Sectio caesaria is a surgical procedure of giving birth through incisions in the abdominal wall and uterus. Nursing care is essential in effort to assist clients in recovering back to good health. Childbirh begins from placenta first hour of birth till 6 weeks after. Nursing care to clients, Mrs. I and Mrs. D with post partum sectio caesarean pain comfort disorder was carrIed out from 18th April to 21st April 2018. Writer applied descriptive qualitative investigation method to the study case, with nursing process covering assessment to evaluation and documentation. Data collection was conducted through physical examination, interviews and observations with aim of obtaining an image of clients data administration on nursing care to clients with post partum sectio caesarean pain discomfort disorder and to decrease clients' pain in post partum SC surgery at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta Timur. From the nursing care, writer found 5 nursing diagnosis but only 1 identical diagnosis in both clients, ie pain discomfort disorder related to tissue trauma. All 5 diagnosis were overcomed and only one measure was taken using the nonpharmacology relaxation/deep breath technique succeeding in placing both clients, Mrs. I and Mrs. D very comfortable. Among the two clients that were resolved were the two client: Mrs.I and Mrs.D.
