Overview of Fire Emergency Response System Implementation in Awal Bros Hospital West Bekasi

Abstract
Fire is an incident where an uncontrolled fire arises, which can endanger the safety of life or property. Fire events can occur anywhere, including hospital buildings. From the results of initial observations at Awal Bros West Bekasi Hospital, researchers did not find any risk that could lead to a catastrophic fire. So for the safety of the life or property of the hospital fire management system is very well organized by the hospital. This study aims to determine the quality of the fire management system in the hospital and provide recommendations on fire prevention systems to be better. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, with an observational approach. Researchers will conduct observations and conduct interviews with respondents from the hospital. The instruments used in this study include a checklist, interview guidelines, with a recorder, camera and laptop. The results of this study, that the hospital already has a good policy or management related to fire prevention such as fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, operational procedures, education and fire management training that is in accordance with SNI 03-0711-2004. It is recommended for hospitals to also provide information and training to all employees related to the fire management system.
