Mitigation Analysis and Implementation of Health Protocols In Efforts to Overcome Covid-19 In the Work Environment of PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk, Bekasi

Abstract
Until March 2021, the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia had lasted for one year. The total number of COVID-19 cases as of March 31, 2021, globally has confirmed 1,511,712 cases with 40,858 deaths. Anticipating an increase in the spread and number of infections, the public is encouraged to adopt a new healthy lifestyle according to health protocols during the Corona virus pandemic. One form of the protocol is to maintain cleanliness and not to make direct contact with patients who are positive for the Corona virus. This study aims to find out "Overview of Mitigation Analysis and Application of Health Protocols in Efforts to Overcome Covid-19". This study uses a qualitative design with a focus on analyzing mitigation and the application of health protocols in an effort to overcome Covid-19. The research was conducted from March to August 2020. The number of samples used was 6 informants, consisting of 1 SHE, 2 managers and 3 staff in their respective work divisions which included offices, workshops, dry ice, production, distribution and quality control. Data taken through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data analysis using triangulation Mitigation of Covid-19 Area mapping was carried out by SHE, area mapping was carried out in 2 places. Monitoring is carried out on workers exposed to Covid in the company. Information dissemination is carried out by the head of the Covid group when in the morning circle every day. Socialization and counseling were carried out by SHE in the company and by the head of the Covid group. Health Protocol (6M Implementation) namely the use of masks, washing hands, avoiding touching the face, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, maintaining body immunity.
